An Oliver Springs man drowned in Watts Bar Lake on Saturday. WVLT reports that TWRA officers and the Roane County Rescue Squad were called to an area known as “the Sand Bar” where they found the body of 45-year-old Lee Jenkins in the water. The drowning appears to be accidental.
