The Knox County Rescue Water Team and Rural Metro Fire were called out to Fort Loudon Lake on Monday, July 4, 2022 following a collision between a boat and a water tube. It happened near Sailboat Cove. Two minors on the water tube were seriously injured and takend to the hospital. The investigation has been turned over to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
