Update: Morgan Murder Suspect Captured In Illinois

Authorities have captured a man charged with the murder of a Morgan County Woman. Christopher Strater Falls, age 41, was apprehended in Illinois.  Police say Falls was the live-in boyfriend of Julia Manning.  A friend discovered Manning’s body in her home in the Lancing area of Morgan County on Thursday, July 7, 2022. The friend was checking on Manning because she had not been seen or heard from in at least ten days to two weeks.
