Five seats on the Cumberland County School Board filled in Tuesday’s Election

There will be four new board members and a returning incumbent on the Cumberland County School Board following Tuesday’s election. Elizabeth Stull will represent the 1st District. Stull was running unopposed. In the 3rd District, Republican Sheri Nichols won by a wide margin over Democrat contender Nicholas Rummell, while in the 5th District, Nicholas J. Davis defeated Chris Seals. Rebecca Hamby, the only incumbent running, won her race against Patricia Lewis to represent the 7th District. And in the 9th District, Shannon Stout ran unopposed to pick up a seat on the Cumberland County School Board.
