Five seats on the Cumberland County School Board filled in Tuesday’s Election

There will be four new board members and a returning incumbent on the Cumberland County School Board following Tuesday’s election. Elizabeth Stull will represent the 1^st District. Stull was running unopposed. In the 3^rd District, Republican Sheri Nichols won by a wide margin over Democrat contender Nicholas Rummell, while in the 5^th District, Nicholas J. Davis defeated Chris Seals. Rebecca Hamby, the only incumbent running, won her race against Patricia Lewis to represent the 7^th District. And in the 9^th District, Shannon Stout ran unopposed to pick up a seat on the Cumberland County School Board.
