A two-month-old White County infant at the center of an Endangered Child Alert was found safe early Wednesday morning and two people now face multiple charges. The baby was located after Metro Nashville Police tried to pull over a U-Haul van. The driver, Brandy Burns, and passenger, Daniel Boland Jr., who is the child’s not-custodial father, reportedly led officers on a chase into Wilson County. Deputies with the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office deployed spike strips on I-40 to stop the vehicle. The baby was found in the back of the U-Haul van with no child safety restraints but officials say the infant was not hurt. Daniel Boland Jr. is being held on active warrents out of White and Davidson Counties. The driver, Brandy Burns, faces mutliple charges including aggravated child endangerment, evading arrest and she also has active warrants out of Rutherford and Cheatham Counties.
