In the coming months, the Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency (UCHRA) will open day reporting centers throughout the Upper Cumberland. These day reporting centers will serve the 13th, 15th, and 31st judicial districts. They will facilitate parolees’ reintegration into the community by offering a combination of services and supervision.
The Community Corrections department of UCHRA will oversee the day reporting center program, providing supervision and services in 12 Upper Cumberland counties. The sentencing judge will review participant eligibility, assessing the need for alcohol and/or drug treatment and other designations deemed eligible and approved by the state.
