A Putnam County woman reported missing by a family member has been found safe. The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, in a joint effort with the Largo and Belleair Police Departments, says Lori Ann Hicks, 46, of Baxter has been located in Clearwater, Florida. According to Sheriff Eddie Farris, Ms. Hicks is safe and in Florida on her own accord.
