Cumberland County’s COVID-19 Deaths 338 On Saturday, September 24, 2022

One more person has died in Cumberland County from the coronavirus, bringing the county’s death toll to 338 on Saturday, September 24, 2022.  Over the past week positive cases grew by 42 in Cumberland County for a total of 18,296 since pandemic reporting began.

Across the state, 127 people died from COVID-19 over a seven-day period, bringing Tennessee’s coronavirus death toll to 27,758.  The state’s positive cases grew by 7,158 and the total was 2,335,380 on Saturday, September 24, 2022.

The Cumberland County Health Department now offers SELF-TESTS only for COVID 19.  Self-tests are available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm and are in the lobby of the Health Department.  Please call 931-484-6196 if you have questions.
