
The Tennessee Volunteers Football team has surpassed all expectations after defeating three ranked teams in Pittsburgh, Florida, and LSU just 5 games into their season. The AP Poll voters have put the Volunteers to 6th in the country after their performance against LSU in Death Valley. Tennessee jumps two spots from last weeks ranking going ahead of Oklahoma State and USC. The Alabama Crimson Tide who come to Neyland this weekend fell to the 3rd ranking falling behind Georgia and Ohio State.
#6 Tennessee and #3 Alabama will both be undefeated for their rivalry game for the first time since 1989.
