Former TN State Rep. Jeremy Durham Faces DUI And Drug Paraphernalia Charges Following Crash In Downtown Nashville

Former Tennessee state Rep. Jeremy Durham faces multiple charges following a crash in downtown Nashville late Saturday night.  According to reports, Durham refused to complete a sobriety test.  He was charged with resisting arrest, driving under the influence, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on bond early Sunday morning.  WSMV reports the Republican, who represented a district in Williamson County, was expelled from the House in 2016 after allegations he harassed 22 women while he was a lawmaker.
